Kevin Seawright is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for Newark Economic Development Corporation. He has been holding this current position since September 2014. Before this position, he was the executive director of operations from May 2012 to September 2014 for the state of Maryland. From April 2011 to 2013, Kevin Seawright was the vice president of operations and human capital for
Tito General Contractors. He also served as the deputy chief operating officer for the city government where he managed the activities of the public school system containing over 80,000 students.
With his education, he earned his certification in executive leadership in 2015 from the Notre Dame Mendoza School of Business. Also, he earned his masters degree in accounting from the Almeda University in 2006.
